HomeMy WebLinkAboutHotel SiteGood morning Mark. Just hung-up with Dave Sargeant with fire services. After checking his code(s), Dave is amenable to “dead-ending” the line that will feed the fire hydrant located in the back (east end) of the property. However, you need to double check with the City of Cocoa to determine what their requirements will allow. Todd and I met with Mr. Greene late yesterday and he is committed to do whatever we can to make this project happen. I will get back in touch with you once we have numbers and a firm plan on how best to deal with the sanitary sewer. Talk to you soon.
