HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Sunbelt Hotel (4)I am not familiar with P&Z requirements – might have to ask Todd. I
don’t think the issue is a big deal to PWS – although I am kind of
surprised since the other hotels and businesses have decal lanes.

Jeff/John – I spoke with Mark Robbins today regarding the Sunbelt Hotel
at 9000 Astronaut Boulevard. Specifically, that FDOT is no longer
requiring the north-bound decel land into their site. As you know the
site plan that was recently approved for the site did include the decel
lane. The question is do we need to bring this back to the P&Z Board
for their review due to this change or are you gentlemen comfortable
with administratively revising the site plan? We can discuss if you
would like. Thanks.
