Would appreciate your further assistance with obtaining the Concurrency
Review Form as required by the City of Cape Canaveral (form attached).
There is no place on the form for WastePro’s signature.
Their criteria for the solid waste disposal standards as referenced on
the form are as follows:
As mentioned, we are building a 153 room extended stay Homewood Suites
Hotel by Hilton.

to complete a solid waste concurrency statement.

Good morning Dan –
Per our discussion, please find attached the site plans
(rendered + geometric) for our proposed 153 room Hotel in the City of
Cape Canaveral.
The dumpster enclosure (solid waste + recycling) is located at
the rear of the property (northern corner) with direct drive access.
We are required to have a concrete slab over our retention area,
which will restrict heavy trucks in the parking area that adjoins the
dumpster area to the east.
Would appreciate your approval of the site plan for solid waste
collection.
