Since we are in the Overlay District, we are looking at the option of increasing the building height to 6-story (less than 65’) and wanted to make sure that the prototype building façade jogs and building setback satisfy the height mitigation requirement per Sec 110-624. The building façade will be designed to incorporate the required Overlay District Architectural elements. The site plan depicts the typical building envelope jogs and the optional canopy for the guest registration. The additional parking is shown on the west side of the lot. Please take a look and give me a call to discuss. Thanks Mark <image004.jpg> Florida has a very broad public records law.
