Good afternoon Mark. I haven’t forgotten I owe you a call.
Having a hard time connecting with the consultant for the A1A overlay
project. I think it will be worthwhile for me to speak with him before
you and I talk. As I said yesterday, my goal is to identify what
options are available as we move forward with this exciting project.
Truly sorry about the hold-up. Dave

Site Plan 2-4-14
Dave / Todd –
Per our discussion, attached is a pdf file that contains the
typical brand prototype (4-story) front and side elevations, together
with a marked-up conceptual site plan.
Since we are in the Overlay District, we are looking at the
option of increasing the building height to 6-story (less than 65’) and
wanted to make sure that the prototype building façade jogs and building
setback satisfy the height mitigation requirement per Sec 110-624.
The building façade will be designed to incorporate the required
Overlay District Architectural elements.
The site plan depicts the typical building envelope jogs and the
optional canopy for the guest registration. The additional parking is
shown on the west side of the lot.
Please take a look and give me a call to discuss.
Thanks
Mark
