My two cents, if you agree. Several areas are highlighted in yellow
that I found confusing, but that could be just me as I am not familiar
with the overlay district.
I know there is a history with this board; however, it would be nice if
the minutes could gradually move away from the “he said” and be action
oriented. Just a morsel for you two to chew on. :)

officials and employees will be made available to the public and/or
media upon request, unless otherwise exempt. Under Florida Law, email
addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address
released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic
email to this entity. Instead, contact our office by phone or in writing
