I am working on the 153 room hotel north of AJT property that I have been talking to you earlier. City requires the concurrency forms to be filled out. Attach please find copy of the city of Cape Canaveral concurrency application along with the Ariel & site plan for your review. Please fill out the concurrency application and return it to me.
