HomeMy WebLinkAboutFW EOOD OrdinanceMia, FYI While you were out to lunch, Kim was so kind as to assign the attached proposed Ordinance the number 11-2012. As Kate states in her email below, the Economic Opportunity Overlay District aka EOOD will be attached to this ordinance as “Exhibit A”. The EOOD and the Ordinance are being presented to the P & Z Board on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, for recommendation to Council. Both the proposed ordinance and the draft EOOD (Exhibit A) are attached. Please note that the draft EOOD (Exhibit A) will probably be updated prior to being presented to the P & Z Board Wednesday evening as Kate will be completing her review of it by the beginning of next week. We will provide your office with an updated copy if it is updated. Please let Barry or I know if you have any questions. Thanks, Susan Susan L.
