Please add a signature page to your Task Proposal as depicted in the
attached Brownfields Task Proposal/Order. This will allow us to use the
Task Proposal as the Task Order as well. Please sign and forward to
David Greene for his signature. After the City Manager executes the
Task Proposal/Order, you will receive a Notice to Proceed with Purchase
