Attached is the final draft of the AIA Overlay District. The document includes the following additions. 1. Land Use Matrix 2. Building Height 3. Project Acreage (hotel/motel) 4. Project Lot Coverage 5. Shared parking 6. Landscape buffer (10 feet for AIA and 5 feet for side street. 7. Accommodation for cruise ship parking as an accessory use for hotels/motels.
