Subject: Fwd: Special Exception
Hello Patsy, I sent the following email to Dave Dickey via clicking on
his email address on the city web site. However, the email was returned
as unsent. When I looked at the email it said it was sent to B Brown.
Something seems to be down level. Would you be able to assure that Dave
receives the email, please.
Thank you,
Jay Petty

Subj: Special Exception
Hello Dave,
I understand there is a Board of Adjustment meeting this
Thursday 2/26/15, and that the issue of "special exception" for the
development along A1A by Cumberland Farms is to be considered. My wife
and I are owners of a condominium in Cape Shores Condominium complex and
are concerned with the potential development.
What is the specific "special exception" that is actually to be
considered?
Thank you.
Yours truly,
Jay Petty
