You are correct Kim. What Attorney Rezanka has is proposed language
prepared by B&B several weeks ago to address the Fire Departments
concerns. That agreement never moved forward.

Kim,
Unless Dave knows something that I don’t, there is no pending
development agreement between B&B and the City that will go before the
Board of Adjustment tomorrow night. I believe this agreement was
something that B&B had prepared but the City did not ultimately pursue.
Dave, please correct me if I am wrong.
