I recently checked the minutes of the meeting and whereas I appreciate that it listed my neutral position it did not list my questions that I asked at the meeting. I already spoke to Lamar about the 2nd question so that one is not a great concern right now, but the 1st one about environmental impacts are. A short note is requested to be added to the minutes alongside my mention where I asked about what environmental impact study the developer did on this property. "Ray Osborne – Did not state whether he was For or Against (please add> "but did ask about the environmental impacts from this project." I look forward to hearing what the city and the engineer has researched regarding what the environmental impacts will be with this project. Please acknowledge receipt and that my request will be complied with. Respectively yours, -Ray Osborne Holman Road Cape Canaveral ᐧ Florida has a very broad public records law.
