BOA members. So you are aware, the City has created a public folder
that contains all of the documents related to the Cumberland Farms
special exception. It is accessible from the City website in the public
record folder. See you around 5:15 pm this afternoon to meet with Kim.

Please provide this info to all board members and we will enter it as a
citizens concern at our public meeting. I believe we had one other
citizens letter a few weeks ago that should also be provided at our
meeting. One of the city clerks forwarded that to all board members. It
should be a public document.

Dickey from the City if you have BOA information to discuss. We are
