HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE BOA Staff Report (3)Here are my comments:
1. On page one, the 2nd paragraph under summary should refer to
the 1.41 acre parcel as a proposed 1.41 acre parcel.
2. On page 3, top paragraph, you list the additional approvals
that will need to be obtained, and the lot split is not included but
should be included.
3. In staff’s recommendation on the last page, there is no
mention of the additional condition that we discussed with the attorney
for Cape Shores. Is staff including that condition with its
recommendation? If so, it should be included, and if not, have you
informed the attorney so that he is in the loop and can inform his
client?
4. My last comment is that there is no specific mention of the
concept plan in the agenda item. In my opinion, the purpose of the
concept plan and clarification that a site plan will be required could
be better addressed and explained. However, I do recognize you included
site plan approval in the list of additional approvals that would be
required, and this issue was acknowledged by the applicant’s attorney at
P&Z.
Please let me know if you have questions or if I can further assist.
