RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND AWARD OF
$1,350,000 SANITARY SEWER REVENUE CERTIFICATES
MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION NO. 65-7 AS
AMENDED WM. R. HOUGH & COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1. That the City has on January 6, 1965 in Special
meeting held in the City Hall in the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida
accepted the proposal of Mn. R. Hough & Company, and hereby does
award the Certificates authorized in Resolution No. 65-7 as amended
to Wm. R. Hough & Company. These certificated as described in

Resolution No. 65-7 as amended will bear interest as follows:
Certificates maturing in the years 1969-1974 inclusive 4 1/8%;
Certificates maturing in the years 1975-1994 inclusive 4 1/4% and
the City will receive for these certificates the aggregate sum of
$1, 323,000 plus accrued interest to date of delivery. The City
acknowledges the receipt of a cashier's check payable to :the City
in the amount of $15,600 to be applied to the purchase price of the
bonds or to be disposed of in accordance with said agreement between
the City and Wm. R. Hough & Company of January 6, 1965.
SECTION 2. This Resolution will take effect immediately
upon it's adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida in Special Meeting on February 5, 1965.
