The expected completion date is mid -November, 1985, New Business 1) Facility Rental. There was discussion of proposed fee schedule of now recreation building. A motion was made by Nate Jones that the attached schedule be sent on to the council. Motion seconded by Bill Morrison and passed unanimously. 2) Closing Hours After some discussion a motion was mode by Bill Morrison that the courts he closed at 9 p.m. in winter and 10 p.m, in summer. The motion was seconded by 0eto Jones and carried unanimously. J) Grand Opening. Bill Morrison mode the motion that on the official opening day the courts be offered free and refresh- ments be provided. The motion was seconded by Sandy Butler and passes unanimouaIy. The meeting was adjourned at 6;05 p.m.
