Mr. Baugher will provide a access road off of Holman Rd. that will intersect with a road coming off of N. Atlantic. The access road off of N. Atlantic will be between the Dollar General and the proposed Build out. 2. Provide one fire hydrant at this new intersection. 3. Property owner will clear any brush and make any road improvements needed to access the house located at the rear of the property. I am in receipt of your letter regarding Cape Shores and the pending permits for the proposed fence and gate along So. Cape Shores Drive. I am working with City staff and the CCV Fire Department to ensure that all issues are addressed so that permits for the fence and gate can be issued in a timely manner. I have confirmed that Bob Baugher has met with John Cunningham and they have agreed to a course of action to address the Fire Department’s concerns. I am aware of the deadline contained in the Binding Development Plan and will work towards meeting the requirements as contained therein. Let me know if you have further questions. Dave From: A.
