HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Cumberland Farms Cape ShoresGood morning Van. I am in receipt of your letter regarding Cape Shores
and the pending permits for the proposed fence and gate along So. Cape
Shores Drive.
I am working with City staff and the CCV Fire Department to ensure that
all issues are addressed so that permits for the fence and gate can be
issued in a timely manner. I have confirmed that Bob Baugher has met
with John Cunningham and they have agreed to a course of action to
address the Fire Department’s concerns. I am aware of the deadline
contained in the Binding Development Plan and will work towards meeting
the requirements as contained therein.
Let me know if you have further questions. Dave
