HomeMy WebLinkAboutTo David and Todd Re EOOD too Re Updates to the PRR folders for Cumberland FarmsThanks Angela, Good morning Mr Morley and Mr. Dickey, Please consider this a formal public records request that copies of the notes for the discussion you had about the benefits to land owners for a proposed expansion of the EOOD. In the recent city update it said, "Met with attorney for property owner regarding the proposed expansion of the A1A Economic Opportunity Overlay District. Staff provided background information related to the reason of the proposal as well as benefits to involved property owners." I'm interested in more details of this meeting. For instance (purely hypothetical) Is it conceivable that our property on Holman could be zoned for a medical office under EOOD? Also, How will EOOD affect our property values? Please provide this at your earliest.
