By copy of this e-mail to Mr. Dickey and Mr. Morley, I am requesting
they respond to you regarding the EOOD.
As soon as time permits I will place e-mail traffic in the Cumberland
Farms Public Records Request Folder in the web portal. By copy of this
e-mail I am asking that anyone who has received paper documents related
to this project notify me of same, so we can arrange for you to access
them as well.

Angela, I look forward to the updated 2015 PRR folders.
But please consider this
The last city update said, "Met with attorney for property owner
regarding the proposed expansion of the A1A Economic Opportunity Overlay
District. Staff provided background information related to the reason of
the proposal as well as benefits to involved property owners."
Benefits to property owners, what are these benefits? Can the notes to
this meeting be
provided?
A couple of property owners on Holman want to know.
For instance (purely hypothetical) Is it conceivable that our property
could be zoned for a medical office under EOOD?
Please inform us on a timely basis so we can make decisions on our
future.
