RESOLUTION #66-34
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETED PLAN-
NING •DOCUMENTS PREPARED WITH AN ADVANCE
FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER THE
TERMS OF PUBLIC LAW 560, 83rd CONGRESS OF
THE UNITED STATES, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Canaveral accepted an offer
from the United States Government for an advance for pre-
paration of planning documents pertaining to a public work
described as a Paving and Drainage Project; and
WHEREAS, Briley, Wild & Associates was engaged to pre-
pare the planning documents for the aforesaid public work,
and said architect and/or engineer has completed documents
and submitted them for approval; and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been
carefully studied and are considered to comprise adequate
planning of the public work essential to the community and
within the financial ability of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida to construct;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, the
governing body of said applicant, that the planning documents
submitted by Briley, Wild & Associates as the basis for
construction of the Paving and Drainage Project dated
May 23, 1966, and the statements in Form CFA-430, Request for
Review and Approval of Planning Documents, in connection with
Housing and Home Finance Agency Project No. P-Fla-3198 be and
the same are hereby approved; and that certified copies of
this resolution be filed with the Housing and Home Finance
Agency,
CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER
I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting
City Clerk of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida (herein
called the "applicant" ) and the keeper of the records of the
applicant, including the Journal of Proceedings of the City
Council (herein called the "governing body" ), do hereby

certify:
1. That the attached resolution is a true and
correct copy of the resolution as finally adopted at a •
meeting of the governing body on the 23rd day of May, 1966,
and duly recorded in my office;
2. That said meeting was duly convened and held in
all respects in accordance with law and to the extent
required by law due and proper notice of such meeting was
given; that a legal quorum was present throughout the
• meeting, and a legally sufficient number of members of the
governing body voted in the proper manner and for the
adoption of said resolution; that all other requirements
and proceedings under the law incident to the proper adoption W'
or passage of said resolution, including publication, if
required, have been duly fulfilled, carried out, and other-
wise observed; and that I am authorized to execute this
certificate;
