A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT.FOR PUBLIC WORKS PLAN PREPAR-
ATION LOAN WITH HOUSING AND HOME FINANCE
AGENCY OF U. S. GOVERNMENT; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida:
SECTION 1 . The Mayor attested by the City Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement
with the Housing and Home Finance Agency of the United States
Government for a loan for final planning for the construction
of streets and storm drainage facilities; final planning
documents to include complete construction drawings, speci-
fications, necessary investigations and surveys, detailed cost
estimates, bidding documents, and a proposed method of finan-
cing being project Number P-Fla - 3198, Contract Number H-302-2894,
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral on this 28th day of October, 1965 .
