RESOLUTION NO. - -a
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPLETION
OF OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE CANAVERAL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The engineering firm of Givens, Hurdle
and Quick of Brevard County, Florida, is hereby authorized
and directed to complete a zoning map designating all parcels
of land and their zoning designation within the corporate
limits of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Section 2. Payment in the amount of $450. 00 is
hereby authorized for the completion of said map.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City
of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida on this /70' day of Q(q,ua, 1965.
