':: DO 00 , MICROFILMED . . 4-10-80 RESOLUTION NO. ‘6,..d .:- ; , A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMPLOYEEMENT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT FOR ACQUISITION OF LANDS FOR- .SANITARY SEWER PROJECT;_ PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DAT , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. There is hereby created the position of right-of-way agent. • SECTION' 2. The duties of such right-of-way agent shall be to acquire all easements, working licenses, and rights- of-way necessary for the construction of the City!s •sanitary sewer project. • SECTION. 3. The right-of-way agent shall work in conjunction with the City Attorney and City Engineer, under • the direction of the Planning and Zoning Board. SECTION' 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to prescribe the salary for such right-of-way agent position. • SECTION'. 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its Adoption.
