INTO A CONTRACT WITH PENCOA, AS ADMINISTRATOR'S OF A NEW PENSION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, CONTINGENT UPON THE QUALIFYING -OF THE EXISTING PLAN INTO THE NEW PLAN UNDER EXISTING ERISA. GUIDELINES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby [I authorized to enter. into :a contract with Pension Corporation of America (PENCOA) as Administrator' sof, the Pension Plan for the City. of Cape Canaveral, Florida, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. PENCOA shall qualify the City' s existing Pension. Plan into the new Pension Plan as „' said contract is contingent upon that qualification. SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become , effective immediately upon its adoption.
