RESOLUTION NO. 82-30
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
DEPUTY TREASURER TO EFFECTUATE DOCUMENTS AND
SIGN CHECKS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE PAYMENT
FOR INVOICES RESULTING FROM THE SEWER PLANT
EXPANSION PROJECT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows :
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Deputy Treasurer are hereby
authorized to effectuate documents and sign checks in order to
provide payment for invoices resulting from the Sewer Plant

Expansion Project. f
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this. 18th day of May , 1982 .
