HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1982-23 MICR°FILME© 1.18.$ RESOLUTION NO. 82 2� A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH W.E.D. CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY EXPANSION. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has awarded the contract for construction of the Pollution Control Facility Expansion to W.E.D. Contractors, Inc. by motion at their regular meeting of April 6, 1982, and WHEREAS , W.E.D. Contractors, Inc. have signed the [I contract documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows : SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with W.E.D. Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the Pollution Control Facility Expansion; a copy of said 1 agreement is attached and made a part hereof by reference. SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
