RESOLUTION NO. 81-61
• A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE RECREATION
BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 64-24 , as amended, created a
Board known as the Recreation Board of the City; and
•
WHEREAS, due to the expiration of Board member ' s terms,
it is now incumbent upon the City Council to appoint members
to said Board;
NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida that:
SECTION 1. Sandy Butler, Gerald Murray and Nathan Jones
are hereby appointed to the Recreation Board of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida, for terms to expire on September 30,
1983.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective immedia-
tely upon its adoption. -
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 6 day of October , 1981
