A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MILLAGE RATE FOR
THE LEVY OF AD VALOREM TAXES FOR 1981 ON ALL

• CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EF-
, - FECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
as follows: • . -
- SECTION 1. The City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, hereby establishes and
imposes a millage ,rate of 1.442 mills for the retirement indebtedness for '
, •
Storm Drainage and for the Recreation Complex as approved in referendum

, elections, to be levied upon the 1981 Tax Assessment Roll for an ad valorem
tax on all taxable property located within the City of Cape Canaveral,. Florida.

This ad valorem tax levied hereby is to be used for the City's fiscal year be- ,
ginning October 1, 1981 and ending September 30, 1982.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to provide a certified copy.
