HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1981-22 MICROFILMED 1-18-83 RESOLUTION NO. 81-22 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIN DEDICATION OF PROPERTY FROM CANAVERAL BAY DEVELOPMENT COR- PORATION, LOCATED ON INTERNATIONAL DRIVE IN THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE . BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows : SECTION 1. That certain property deeded to the City by the E Canaveral Bay Development Corporation, which is more fully described:. by a copy of the deed attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference is accepted by the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida. SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the said deed to be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Brevard County, Florida. • SECTION 3.
