HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Updates to the PRR folders for Cumberland Farms (5)Mr. Osborne,
The public records request folder related to the Cumberland Farms
Project will be updated as soon as possible. The expansion of the
Economic Opportunity Overlay District (EOOD) is not a part of the
Cumberland Farms Project and will not be included in the public records
request folder.
As for the Fuller Mounds Project, the City Manager has not approved the
wording submitted. A member of the Leisure Services Department has been
tasked with proposing language to the City Manager. We will notify you
when that language is approved.
Best wishes,
Angie

Thanks Angela, I look forward to the new 2015 folder update soon. Which
I understand from
previous communication from you will include the EOOD expansion
project.
Also I saw on the last city update.
"Met with City Manager regarding Fuller Mounds historical marker
project."
Are there any notes on this meeting you can provide me? Will that be
considered a PRR
request? There is a meeting coming up with the Brevard County
Historical Commission
soon where this is not only discussed for text approval but research
time is spent to it as well. I just want to make sure we're all on the
same page with that project as theirs and my time is valuable too.

Good morning,
I respectively request an update to the PRR folders. I see there
is nothing for 2015 right
now.

Mr. Osborne,
The Cumberland Farms folders were last updated 10/21/14,
per your previous request. The City considers your e-mail today as a
new public records request and will populate the records portal with
information received through today. Please be aware that future updates
will not occur unless a new public records request is received.

Good afternoon Mia, can you tell me when the Cumberland
Farms folders were last updated?
Also there is no email in the Jeffrey Lucas
<http://remote.cityofcapecanaveral.org/weblink8/0/fol/97019/Row1.aspx>
folder. I thought he was an important player in this development but yet
there is no communication from him or to him. Or is that an oversight?
I'd like to get caught up to date with what is actually
happening and the status of what the special exemption will be before
the Dec 2nd meeting. The public folders enables me to do that and is
what concerned citizens such as myself rely on to separate fact from
just hearsay,
If it is not too much trouble can I ask that I be sent
an email stating when the folders were
last updated? Or a summary at the end of the week
stating x number of recent email
communications were added.
By the way: Are the most recent email on the last page
of the folder or the other
way around? Sometimes it appears that they are on the
last page but other times
not.
Respectively yours,
