Meeting was cclled to order by Sonoy Butler ov 5:15 P^M
The Treosurer's report was reviewed und it was noted that it was us
of 12-31-83 which was 25% of fiscal year.
There was no unfinished business.
Now Business,
l^ The recreation buildin9 is exFeriencin9 roof problems^ The
weight of the heavy roins has caused the roof to sog and, there-
fore, it has begun to leak~ The ntyCounci] discussed building
up the roof ond the price is around S3,000^ Since the present
fucility is o temporory bulldin9 and nnly cost approximately $S000
at tnot time, it was discussed that Possibly u new building be
erected^ The present one is only l,OOO Square feet and is reully

Bob Lumorette to accept the concept of o Permanent new recreation
center building and seconded by Note Jones. Approved unanimously.
