HomeMy WebLinkAboutRe Talking points for 12-2 Re Updates to the PRR folders for Cumberland Farms (3)Thanks Angela for the prompt reply. I was able to reach out to him and
we are in communication with one another. I do want to say at this
point that
I am only representing myself as a Concerned Citizen and nothing else.
So since there are no staff members there on the Dec 2nd meeting does
that
mean that the meeting will not be part of public records? No audio
recording of
the meeting? Will any city council members or other board members be
allowed
to be there?
I really hope we can get a 'meeting of the minds' with this project as
it has caused a
lot anguish and distraction with our community's residents both in our
personal and
business lives.
Sincerely,
Ray Osborne

Good afternoon Angela,
Regarding the notice published on the city website. (see
attachment)
Is there any more info or correspondence from the Law Offices of
Philip F.Nohrr and Gray.Robinson that can be included in public
records
folder?
Seems there should be an agenda of talking points. ie:
traffic,trees,walls,
archaeology concerns etc..

Good afternoon Mia, can you tell me when the Cumberland
Farms folders were last updated?
Also there is no email in the Jeffrey Lucas
<http://remote.cityofcapecanaveral.org/weblink8/0/fol/97019/Row1.aspx>
folder. I thought he was an important player in this development but yet
there is no communication from him or to him. Or is that an oversight?
I'd like to get caught up to date with what is actually
happening and the status of what the special exemption will be before
the Dec 2nd meeting. The public folders enables me to do that and is
what concerned citizens such as myself rely on to separate fact from
just hearsay,
If it is not too much trouble can I ask that I be sent
an email stating when the folders were
last updated? Or a summary at the end of the week
stating x number of recent email
communications were added.
By the way: Are the most recent email on the last page
of the folder or the other
way around? Sometimes it appears that they are on the
last page but other times
not.

Florida has a very broad public records law. As a result, any written
communication created or received by the City of Cape Canaveral
officials and employees will be made available to the public and/or
media upon request, unless otherwise exempt. Under Florida Law, email
addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address
released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic
email to this entity. Instead, contact our office by phone or in writing
