HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Expansion of EOOD (2)Dave,
Has this been scheduled for P&Z yet? If I come to the City, is there a
hard file I can review about this expansion?
Also, did the City ever issue the letter requested by Bob Baugher (see
7/18/14 email below)? If so, can you email me a copy?
Many Thanks,
Kim Rezanka

Hi Kim. The EOOD expansion has tentatively been scheduled for the
January Planning & Zoning Board meeting. Once a recommendation is
received from the P&Z Board, it will be scheduled for the City Council.
Regarding Cumberland Farms, there is a public meeting on December 2nd
for the applicant to discuss the pending Special Exception request.
Grey/Robinson, who is representing the applicant, will be conducting the
meeting. There are currently no scheduled City hearings related to this
project.
Let me know if you have further questions. Dave

Todd,
Can you tell me the status of the expansion of the EOOD?
Also, what is the status of the applications for Cumberland Farms?
Thank you,

Todd: I would like a letter that this is a buildable
lot, with legal access off Holman Road, understanding that we have two
other access points (Cape Shores) that we know the city that does what
to get into that fight (just help settle it amicably between both
parties) but historically you are aware that we had access, and the new
access point through the Cumberland Farm piece we are selling. Need
something in the letter that the city will enter into a DA with us for
signage on A1A for the Riverfront piece we are retaining. Sooner rather
than later. Don not want to sell to Cumberland Farms and find out that
this is not a buildable lot or cannot get signage per our discussion.
