The EOOD expansion has tentatively been scheduled for the January Planning & Zoning Board meeting. Once a recommendation is received from the P&Z Board, it will be scheduled for the City Council. Regarding Cumberland Farms, there is a public meeting on December 2nd for the applicant to discuss the pending Special Exception request. Grey/Robinson, who is representing the applicant, will be conducting the meeting. There are currently no scheduled City hearings related to this project. Let me know if you have further questions. Need something in the letter that the city will enter into a DA with us for signage on A1A for the Riverfront piece we are retaining. Sooner rather than later.
