He wanted to know the next steps for the project. I read him the following from the e-mail we sent to the City Council: The Development Review Process for this project is: Special Exception: Planning & Zoning Board then Board of Adjustment Tree Removal Permit: City Council Site Plan: Planning and Zoning Board, City Staff then issuance of a Land Development Permit He inquired about the granting of a Special Exception and I referred him to the City Code. He indicated he was working on a story to update individuals on the status of the project. Lastly he asked when the next Review Board meetings were scheduled and how he could receive copies of the Agendas. I indicated there were no meetings scheduled for the remainder of 2014 and suggested he e-mail Patsy Huffman to have his name placed on her distribution list. I spoke with Patsy about the distribution list process, to which she indicated she was familiar and would look for Mr. Moody’s e-mail.
