Subject: RE: Call from Florida Today
Mr. Greene,
Norm Moody phoned again today and inquired about the Cumberland
Farms Project. He wanted to know the next steps for the project. I read
him the following from the e-mail we sent to the City Council:
The Development Review Process for this project is:
Special Exception:
Planning & Zoning Board then Board of Adjustment
Tree Removal Permit: City Council
Site Plan:
Planning and Zoning Board, City Staff then issuance of a Land
Development Permit
He inquired about the granting of a Special Exception and I
referred him to the City Code. He indicated he was working on a story
to update individuals on the status of the project.
Lastly he asked when the next Review Board meetings were
scheduled and how he could receive copies of the Agendas. I indicated
there were no meetings scheduled for the remainder of 2014 and suggested
he e-mail Patsy Huffman to have his name placed on her distribution
list.
I spoke with Patsy about the distribution list process, to which
she indicated she was familiar and would look for Mr. Moody’s e-mail.
Please let me know if you need anything additional,
Angie
