HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Talking points for 12-2 Re Updates to the PRR folders for Cumberland FarmsMr. Osborne,
The meeting of 12/2/14 is not a city sponsored meeting. City Staff will
not be present at the meeting. Our only role was to assist in
publicizing the meeting via Blackboard Connect, the Marquee, the
Website, Facebook and Twitter.
The e-mails from Mr. Nohrr and Gray.Robinson related to Cumberland Farms
Project are in the PRR Folders.
Best wishes,
Angie

Subject: Talking points for 12-2? Re: Updates to the PRR folders for
Cumberland Farms?
Good afternoon Angela,
Regarding the notice published on the city website. (see attachment)
Is there any more info or correspondence from the Law Offices of
Philip F.Nohrr and Gray.Robinson that can be included in public records
folder?
Seems there should be an agenda of talking points. ie:
traffic,trees,walls,
archaeology concerns etc..
Respectively yours,

Good afternoon Mia, can you tell me when the Cumberland Farms
folders were last updated?
Also there is no email in the Jeffrey Lucas
<http://remote.cityofcapecanaveral.org/weblink8/0/fol/97019/Row1.aspx>
folder. I thought he was an important player in this development but yet
there is no communication from him or to him. Or is that an oversight?
I'd like to get caught up to date with what is actually
happening and the status of what the special exemption will be before
the Dec 2nd meeting. The public folders enables me to do that and is
what concerned citizens such as myself rely on to separate fact from
just hearsay,
If it is not too much trouble can I ask that I be sent an email
stating when the folders were
last updated? Or a summary at the end of the week stating x
number of recent email
communications were added.
By the way: Are the most recent email on the last page of the
folder or the other
way around? Sometimes it appears that they are on the last page
but other times
not.
