HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Public Records Request pursuant to Chapter 119 Florida StatutesMs. Kirschenbaum,
I will not be in the office tomorrow; however, Ms. Goforth can show you
the records which have been collected so far. They are on the City’s
network, but are not a part of the Public Records Portal, which is
accessible through the internet.
As for the records maintained by our office relating to the access to
200 Imperial Blvd, below is a picture of the City’s Public Record’s
Portal showing a file where these records are stored. The Portal can be
accessed via the home page of the City’s website
(www.cityofcapecanaveral.org). Navigate to the far right and under
“Public Records” click the “Yes I accept the above statement”. This
will take you to the portal. Then navigate to the “Imperial Blvd”
folder.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance,
Angie

Dear Ms. Apperson,
I am going to be at City Hall tomorrow afternoon on another matter. Any
chance you have anything for me to review at this time?
Thanks,

Ms. Kirschenbaum,
The City of Cape Canaveral acknowledges receipt of your Public Records
Request. Traditionally, we pull the records together and notify the
requestor of their availability for review. After review, the requestor
identifies which records, if any, they would like reproduced. It is our
intention to proceed in this fashion.
We will be in touch as soon as the records have been collected.
Sincerely,
Angela M. Apperson, MMC
