Please be aware that Cumerland Farms, Inc. has hired the firm Gray
Robinson, P.A. to represent them in their proposed development.
Attached is a notice that was mailed by Philip Nohrr of Gray Robinson,
P.A. to all property owners within 500 feet of the proposed development
site regarding a December 2, 2014 meeting with area residents.
City Staff will not be present at the meeting and our only role is to
assist in publicizing the meeting via Blackboard Connect, the Marquee,
the Website, Facebook and Twitter.
The Development Review Process for this project is:
Special Exception: Planning & Zoning Board
then Board of Adjustment
Tree Removal Permit: City Council
Site Plan: Planning and
Zoning Board, City Staff then issuance of a Land Development Permit
Please remember in some of the Development Review Processes, the City
Council sits in a Quasi-judicial or applet capacity.
Please let Mr. Greene know if you have questions or need anything
additional.
