Members Present: S. Butler, T. Meilleur, J. Nicholas, W. Morrison, J. Murphy,
and G. Murray.
Members Absent: D. Bragdon, D. Deevers and D. Pressley.
Others Present: N. Hanson.
T. Meilleur presided over the meeting in the absence of D. Bragdon.
Minutes for the March meeting were approved by motion of T. Meilleur seconded
by W. Morrison and Unanimous Vote.
Unfinished Business: Item on a racquetball instructor has been dropped until
there is more demand for same.
New Business: The quarterly budget was reviewed.
Discussion: G. Murray informed the board that the men's Softball League
is scheduled to begin in July and will run for 8 weeks.
J. Nicholas moved, seconded by T Meilleur to send a Mass card for Mary Vorsino.
The amount of ten dollars ($10.00) is to be taken out of petty cash. Passed
unanimously.
Discussion was held on the tennis backboard - it has not yet been resolved.
Because of the Memorial Day Holiday, the next meeting will be held on May 18, 1981.
J. Nicholas Moved to adjourn seconded by J. Murphy. Passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
