RESOLUTION NO. 70-28
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
RECREATION BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 64-24 created a Board to be known as
the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, and
WHEREAS, there now exist vacancies on the said Board by
reason of the expiration of terms of members, and it is now incumbent
upon the Council to appoint members to said Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, THAT
SECTION 1. Joseph L. Tisch is hereby appointed as a member of
the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a term
to expire on August 18, 1972.
SECTION 2. Mrs. C. R. Caviezel is hereby appointed as a member
of the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a term
to expire on August 18, 1972.
SECTION 3. Johnson L. Murphy is hereby appointed as a member
of the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a term
to expire on August 18, 1972.
SECTION 4. Earl Kraft is hereby appointed as a member of the
Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a term to
expire on August 18, 1972.
SECTION 5. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
on this: 1Sth day of August, 1970.
