RESOLUTION NO. 4q.4°
A RESOLUTION IN RE PAVING AND DRAINAGE
PROJECT; AUTHORIZING MAYOR, UPON RECOM-
MENDATION OF BRILEY, WILD & ASSOCIATES,
CITY ENGINEERS, TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDERS
AND ESTIMATES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION 1: Briley, Wild & Associates, the consulting engineers.
of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, are hereby authorized and directed
to draft, prepare final change orders and estimates that they deem
necessary to finalize the City paving and drainage project.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City, after
affirmative recommendation by Briley, Wild and Associates, final change
orders and estimates necessary to accomplish the finalization of the
drainage and paving project.
SECTION 3: This Res olution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption by the City Coircil. of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, in Regular Session, on this 2nd day of December , 1969.
