Minutes of the Sept. meeting were read and approved.
Minutes of the Nov. meeting were read and ;/Irs. Nicholas moved

1- s Report
United Electric was notified of the plan for the Recdepartment
to dig their own ditches. The original bid was $1500and the
revised bid was V1(o. A bid sheet was sent to them to go ahead.
Alarm Svstem..After checicing with 3 companies, '450 was the best
prAce. Keller asked to check into beating this price.
Basketbnll Court....Charlie Bamford of All Shores Construction
reported his opinion and a rough estimate. Cost of filling
cracks and covering with one inch of #2 topping would be
15)00. If there fts a4j1" soil cement base...to remove all
of thls and out in a new Vmerook bs artd a. 2" #2 topping
would be T,'3600. If it is a cement slob, will be more.
After action report on the Ra—koetball Tournment,...Mrs. Hanson
ackiwwledged the hours of work that Pir, Piccalo had put into
a very successful tournement.
Pam Campbell willbe leaving in.March. Mr, Piccalo talked with. two
people about the job. Janp campbell showed an interest...After

Summer Program- Mr, Piccalo ,..,ated that he plans to begin in
janto plan for equipment,length of time to run the program,
ani chargeor cost to participants. Picealo has spoken to both.
Lee Barry and Debbie Ryles of Kiwanis Island. Leo Nicholas
asked 5I'sr...Plecale to check into Der day per mile cost of busNing.
He felt that the V.F.W. might provide a bus for the program.
'Mrs hanson asked M.r.P:;ccalo to find out by the next meeting
about the possibility of working in on with Kiwanis Island.

Mrs. butler recommended that the board draw up and accept this
priority list, Mrs. Nicholas seconded and the Board
approved unanimously.
During the discussion of the 1 Ps. Riggs motioned that the
backstop on the Rea Sr. field be eliminated. Mr. Rhame seconded.
Passed unamiously.
Recommendation for New Board Member
Mrs. Nicholas nominated ark Rhame to fill the permanent position,
Mrs. Butler seconded..Paed unanimously.
