Thank you Dave. Attached are the preliminary complete Site Plan
Application and Special Exception Form. Thank you for talking with me on
our Appearance Board Submittal yesterday…much appreciated on that and I
hope its sufficient. I guess, whenever there’s a date for that let me
know….
…Back to the other two applications attached, they are in a preliminary
state to allow to schedule the pre-app, so please let me know the date.
When that is accomplished, we’ll re-provide the apps in a formal state.
One thing, on the application(s)…is a Power of Attorney really needed?
It’d be the first one I’ve ever done for this process in 12 years and
over a hundred sites. If it has to that’s fine, I would like to suggest
a Notarized Owners Authorization Form or maybe a redacted Contract
between the Owner and Cumberland Farms/Developer to suffice…would that
be ok?
Lastly, if you think we need or have a requirement for a Traffic Impact
Study(TIS), let me know. If it can be a simple ITE Trip Generation
Spreadsheet trip count that’d be preferable over a full blown TIS. If
needed though, and there are guidelines please send over? If you have a
sample Traffic Study, say for Dollar General next door, that’d be
extremely helpful too. Please contact me as soon as you can if there’s
anything I’m missing or you have some answers to the questions. Thank

Thanks for the update about the archeological site making it into the
'due diligence' aspect of the proposed Cumberland Farms projects. Glad
to see progress in this area has been made.
Very important. I would request that you in the future NOT use open CC
