David,
FYI
Bob Baugher has informed us that he will be mowing the property today
with a ‘bush hog’ in the general area of the proposed Cumberland Farms
and surrounding property north of Holman Rd.
We have discussed with him the City Code prohibitions against tree
removal and disturbing the earth and/or roots.
He has given his assurance that the bush hog does not dig into the earth
at all and only works above the surface.
Further, he has assured that no trees will be removed.
That being the case, our City code does not require a permit and this is
considered routine mowing/maintenance.
We will monitor.
