Subject: Cumberland Farms is a welcome addition
Dear Tom-
I am a resident of Puerto Del Rio in Cape Canaveral and I strongly support the development of the Cumberland Farms location. In addition, the new Dollar store is also very appealing
and needed. The 7-11 is difficult to get in and out of and is overloaded at peak times, creating a hazard when you attempt to pull in. Lines in 7-11 can be as long as 20 minutes, very
often, and I believe this can be remedied by additional options. Similar problems exist at the circle k.
Please approve this project--it is very much needed!
Respectfully,
Matt Longmire
