HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Cumberland Farms Planning ProposalTodd: Talked to Gary (Condo President) and their big problem seems to be a lack of communication. I told him usually you do not get notices unless it is a zoning change or variance.
So he is going to send me who he wants notified (summer residents that are on his board) as we progress through the site plan process. I went over all the different access points
and in the end they still want a gated community with a lighted entrance. So I believe they got excited and we can resolve all issues. Call when you get out of the meeting. I cc
Don Curotto because I got the same letter from him.
