Several answers for you: 1. There is no limitation to 24 hour operations in the City. 2. You will need a Special Exception to operate the automobile service center. 3. You can submit the Community Appearance Board application concurrent with the Special Exception. 4. I am going to send you the dumpster enclosure detail under a separate email. 5. You will also need to apply for a Site Plan Approval which will be taken to the Planning and Zoning Board. All of the needed applications can be found on the City website.
