As I have said many times to both Todd and recently with David, my intention is to help foster open communication with all parties concerned over these matters. Open communication will help reduce 'community blowback' while at the same time foster the ideal of hometown democracy that I have come to appreciate with my city. I look forward to the information that your department can supply me regarding the meeting with Cumberland Farms last week. -RKO On Mon, Sep 8, 2014 at 11:30 AM, Mia Goforth <M.Goforth@cityofcapecanaveral.org> wrote: Good morning Ray, We have received your Public Records Requests from last week and today and we are working to compile information for you in a timely manner. With regard to your question below, Todd Morley and David Dickey met with the developer and there was no audio or transcript. Meetings of this sort are a common occurrence between developers and City/County planners throughout the State and it is not required that we make the public aware each time they do. Thank you for you patience. Mia Picture1 Mia Goforth, Deputy City Clerk m.goforth@cityofcapecanaveral.org <mailto:m.goforth@cityofcapecanaveral.org> City of Cape Canaveral 105 Polk Avenue P.O.
